Peter doesn't sell tours. He picks wineries.

For more than fifteen years he's covered Mendoza in the same direction: from the city to the foot of the Andes, from the big estate to the twelve-hectare project. Along the way he became friends with the winemakers, learned which plot grows the best Cabernet Franc in Gualtallary, and which week to walk into a winery to see it actually working instead of just tidied up for visitors.

That calendar — who's harvesting, who's tasting from barrel, who just bottled — is what shapes every tour day. That's why no week looks the same, and why the experience never relies on a fixed list of famous wineries.
