The day, in detail
The access experience. We arrange tastings hosted by the people who make the wine: barrel tastings, parcel comparisons and unscripted technical conversation. These visits are on no booking platform because they depend on personal relationships and the winery's real calendar.
Here I am not selling an itinerary, I am selling access. I can only offer it because I have worked with these houses for years and I know when the winemaker can sit down and talk.
