Uco Valley
Horseback riding through the vineyards at the foot of the Andes, with a tasting and asado.
Half a day on horseback between the vine rows and native scrubland, with local horsemen, closing with a tasting and a criollo asado at the estate. You ride through the vineyard from above: you see the trellising, the irrigation and the slope in a way you never do from a van.
The best way to understand vineyard geography. After a ride, when I explain soil and slope in the tasting room, the guest has already seen it.

We don't always visit the same ones: the day is built around each winery's real schedule and what can be seen there that day.
