The day, in detail
A day devoted to the other Mendoza: certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentations, buried amphorae and concrete eggs. We visit projects that work without corrections, with cover crops and animals in the vineyard. You taste unfiltered wine and understand, on the spot, the difference between a trend and a method.
One of the most distinctive tours and also one of the most difficult to coordinate, as it features small wineries that do not host visitors every day. Advance booking is recommended.
