Uco Valley
Clay amphorae, concrete eggs and living vineyards: the minimal-intervention circuit.
A day devoted to the other Mendoza: certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentations, buried amphorae and concrete eggs. We visit projects that work without corrections, with cover crops and animals in the vineyard. You taste unfiltered wine and understand, on the spot, the difference between a trend and a method.
This is my favourite tour and the hardest to coordinate: they are small wineries that do not host visitors every day. It needs to be booked well in advance.
