The day, in detail
The most complete day in the catalogue. We leave Mendoza early for the Uco Valley, between 1,100 and 1,500 metres, where Argentine wine became precise. We visit three wineries chosen for contrast: a large one to understand scale and infrastructure, a biodynamic one to understand the vineyard, and a boutique one to understand why the same Malbec can sound different ten kilometres away. In between, a long multi-course lunch with the pairing explained glass by glass.
This is the tour where guests learn the most. The key is the order of the visits: start with the small winery and the big one disappoints. The other way around, it works.
