Why we chose it
One of the houses that redefined what Argentine Malbec could be. They work estate by estate and parcel by parcel, and the contrast between their single vineyards is the best hands-on terroir lesson in Mendoza.
I use it when a guest wants to understand what "terroir" really means without the theory: three glasses of the same variety, three different places. Nobody leaves without getting it.
